Complete the Packet

Download the application packet and complete all forms thoroughly.

Submit In Person

Deliver your paperwork and fees in person, or to the listing agent.

PLEASE NOTE

All signatures must be originals. No electronic signatures are accepted. Fees are payable by cashier's check or money order only, and documents must be delivered in person or to the listing agent.

The Application Process

Each applicant over 18 must complete a TAR Residential Lease Application plus an Agreement for Application Deposit and Hold. Applications are only accepted when complete with all Ambassador acknowledgment forms.

The application fee is non-refundable. The application deposit is non-refundable unless the application is denied. Processing takes five to seven business days.

Reasons an Application May Be Denied

—Unacceptable payment history and evictions

—Incomplete or inaccurate information

—Unpaid child support

—Unsatisfactory criminal history (not automatically disqualifying)

—Unsatisfactory credit history

Required Documents

W-2 employed: your last two pay stubs

Self-employed: last year's tax return

Or: an employer verification letter on company letterhead

Newly hired: an employment letter with start date and salary

Identification: a copy of US or state-issued ID and/or SSN card

Optional: applicants with sub-standard credit, bankruptcy, or criminal history may include an explanatory letter
